By ordering from HmiRetrofits you hereby automatically agree to our terms and conditions set out below.

No returns - on bespoke kits which you have ordered such as HMI retrofit kits as these are specially tailored for your vehicle. If the unit is faulty then we will of course issues a replacement unit.

Shipping / postage will be at your expense.

We shall do our best to advise you on any additional information that will be required for you to carry out your retrofit / product, but unfortunately we dont know every aspect of your vehicle if it is not disclosed to us via information or via vin/registration number.

Most of our products are verified / refurbished units to keep the costs as low as possible for our end user. And all come with a minimum of 1 year warranty.

Where units have upgradeable software that we provide, we shall make sure these are updated to the latest available versions before posting out to you.

Our reversing camera kits are ALL new parts.
